Target’s launch of an upscale Italian designer line thrilled customers—so much so that the plan is backfiring. The heavily-promoted Missoni line drew so many customers to the Target website that it crashed last week, staying down for much of the day. Now customers are flaming the chain on Facebook and Twitter over delayed and canceled orders, with many saying they’ll never shop at Target again, the AP reports. Whoops. (More Target stories.)
