(User Submitted) – Peter Sinclair's "Climate Denial Crock of the Week" blog shares David Archer’s University of Chicago class, Phy Sci 134 – based on his book, “Global Warming: Understanding the Forecast” – one of the key books for understanding the findings of physics and the earth sciences underlying the IPCC's predictions and recommendations. http://climatecrocks.com/2011/09/22/new-feature-global-warming-101/#more-6714
Sinclair will make one lecture available each week, but all of them are on YouTube (link below) and this is your chance to take a free course from one of the lead instructors at one of our best Universities, the home of noted conservatives like John Ashcroft, David Broder, David Brooks, Robert Bork, Milton Friedman, and David Rockerfeller.
The lectures are challenging and informative, but not overwhelming, and are an introduction to what Sinclair calls "the key issue of our millennium." Thanks to the University of Chicago, David Archer, and YouTuber MrSirCharles for making this available. The classes were recorded in 2009, so if one is interested in the "new science" that some climate change deniers are talking about these days, remember, Google (and bing) are your friends.
