Two girls were "playing CSI" when their game took a tragic turn Saturday morning, and the 11-year-old shot her 14-year-old sister. The girls’ parents were not home when the shooting occurred just before 10:30am, the Pharos-Tribune reports. The shot went through a doorjamb before hitting the teen, which may have—lucky for her—lessened the severity of her injuries. She was taken to the hospital with "shot pellets in the head area from a 20-gauge shotgun," says a local officer who called the shooting an accident. (More shooting stories.)
