Elizabeth Hurley's 10-month romance with Australian cricketer Shane Warne culminated in an engagement this weekend, a source tells Us. Warne is rumored to have proposed over dinner at a Scotland hotel, and Hurley quickly tweeted a picture of the couple and the message, "Thanks for all your congratulations." Hurley's first marriage, of course, only lasted four years and ended officially in June; Warne is also embarking on marriage No. 2. Good luck, kids: Take some inspiration from these 10 couples, rounded up by the Huffington Post, who've made it last in Hollywood:
- The Osbournes: Ozzy and Sharon have been married a whopping 29 years.
- Bono and Ali Hewson: Another 29-year marriage; the U2 rocker and his environmental activist wife have been together since their teens.
- John Travolta and Kelly Preston: The first time they wed, in Paris, the marriage wasn't legally valid. They did it again a week later back in the States, and have been married now for two decades.
- Warren Beatty and Annette Bening: Bening scored the famous playboy, and has kept him for 19 years.
