Odd lawsuit of the day: Some St. Louis women who got breast implants were horrified to discover that their surgeon posted before-and-after photos on her website—with their names attached, reports the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. "I sincerely regret that the protective mechanisms supposedly set up by my former web host failed and allowed this problem to occur," says the surgeon.

Five women already have sued, and at least two more suits are in the works. One woman, who heard lewd comments from a male co-worker, saw her own photos when she searched her name under Google images, says her attorney. The patients' names have since been removed from the site. (More breast implants stories.)
