A high-flying California sex stunt has caught the attention of FAA officials. They're investigating two skydivers filmed having sex in a plane before jumping into the wild blue yonder—still in "tandem." Sky-diving instructor Alex Torres, who also works as a porn actor, made the video in a bid to catch Howard Stern's attention, reports MSNBC. He has been fired from his job at Skydive Taft in Bakersfield. The company's owner is still deciding whether to ax his receptionist, who was Torres' partner in the tape.

"This shouldn't have happened. And it won't ever happen again, that's for sure," owner David Chrouch told KGET-TV. At one point in the film the couple is having sex in a jump seat next to the pilot, and FAA investigators say the hijinks could have distracted the pilot, which is against regulations—or "jostled" him—and caused an accident. Local police and the company owner found out about the video posted by Torres when parents reported their teenage kids were watching it. No criminal charges will be filed against the couple because the sex was consensual, according to cops. (More California stories.)
