Officers Gave Me Drugs, Forced Sex Acts: Junkie

Another embarrassing revelation from the NYPD police corruption trial taking place in Brooklyn: Narcotics officers gave junkie Melanie Perez crack and made her perform sex acts in return, she testified last week. Perez testified in Brooklyn Supreme Court during the trial of Jason Arbeeny, one of eight undercover officers charged in a narcotics squad scandal, the New York Daily News reports.

Perez recalled one incident in which an officer asked her to come to his place, gave her drugs to smoke, then demanded oral sex. “What was I going to do? I did it,” she testified. She said the officer introduced her to a colleague who also gave her drugs several times, including crack.
