Michigan State Senators may be patting themselves on the back for passing a new anti-bullying bill, but a closer look at the details reveals "a special exception in the law for bullies who have 'a sincerely held religious belief or moral conviction.'"

That's right, you are exempt from the penalties of this legislation if you sincerely believe that you were bullying against "sin."

The irony of this is that bullying itself is sin as arrogant self-righteousness on the part of the bully.
