(Newser) – Justin Bieber, baby daddy? No way, he says, and he's willing to prove it: The pop idol will take a DNA test to show that he didn't father Mariah Yeater's child. Then he's going to sue her, sources tell TMZ. Yeater's lawyers apparently looked "nervous" when told of the Biebs' plan—which may explain why they haven't been returning calls. (NEWSER) - The icky, icky Justin-Bieber-is-a-babydaddy allegations live on: Lawyers for alleged babymama Mariah Yeater insist there is “credible evidence” that her child was fathered by the then-16-year-old (a claim that ironically opens 20-year-old Yeater up to statutory rape charges). Yeater's paternity suit apparently alleges that the backstage encounter only lasted 30 seconds and took place in a bathroom, the Telegraph reports.
