Us magazine, meanwhile, reports that Kate, 29, continually hugged and patted her flatish belly during the same visit as if it were already holding very precious cargo. "It was very odd," an observer tells the Daily Mail. "Kate would not stop touching her tummy. It was very noticeable. She continually patted it and held her hands against it.
