Fallon's Drummer: Sorry About That Bachmann Song

(Newser) – Most of today's buzz about Michele Bachmann's appearance on Jimmy Fallon's show last night wasn't so much about her yukking it up with the host but about the song that Fallon's band played as she entered. The Roots chose Fishbone's "Lyin' Ass Bitch," and now drummer Questlove is stepping back a bit, notes ABC. “The performance was a tongue-in-cheek and spur of the moment decision," he says. "The show was not aware of it and I feel bad if her feelings were hurt. That was not my intention."

Before the show aired last night, Questlove (an Obama fan) was teasing fans and encouraging them to watch via Twitter: “late night walkon song devotees: you love it when we snark: this next one takes the cake. ask around cause i aint tweeting title.” No reaction from the Bachmann camp, but Fallon tweeted, "@Questlove is grounded.” See the video in the gallery at left, from Mediaite.

  And another thing. The worst President in history (according to 95% of Americans) was Jimmy Carter, until Obama came along. As unbelievable as this sounds, Jeemy said during the campaigns of 2008, "If Obama is elected there will be no more racism in America". How dumb can you get? Racist comments from this Administration are through the roof, and on every Liberal talk show they CONSTANTLY accuse Conservatives of being racist. Well, show me one racist sign that the Tea Party held up during the Obamacare PEACEFUL demonstrations in DC? SHow me video of ONE Tea Partier saying something vulgar. Compare our behavior with that of the despicable Joy Behar who called Mrs. Palin "bitch", and she is just one of the typical left wing gas bags. Oh by the way, the Joy Behar show just got cancelled, lol.

  I'm guessing the drummer is black? And so it's perfectly ok for him (he also claims to be a Hussein Obama supporter, i.e., he's an idiot) to call white women names. During the 2008 campaign Hussein Obama referred to Mrs. Palin as "a pig wearing lipstick", and the Liberal mainstream media said nothing, that includes ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, and CNN.

Please stop comparing Michelle Obama and Michelle Bachmann. First Ladies are not comparable to Congressional Reps. One commands respect as a figurehead of this country, while the other's job is to be argued with, confronted, and talked to by common citizens about their beliefs. If Bachmann can't handle criticism she picked the wrong job.
