Claims reality star beat her up at club in 2009

(Newser) – Khloe Kardashian's shining moment as the reasonable Kardashian might have hit an abrupt end: Seems Kim and Kourtney's kid sister is being sued by a transgender woman who claims Khloe started a catfight at a club in 2009, reports TMZ. Chantal Spears, also known as Ronald Spears, says that Kardashian "pushed and hit" her "in and about her body" after Spears gave soon-to-be husband Lamar Odom a little unsolicited advice. "All I was telling Lamar Odom is maybe he is too young to get married and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl," says Spears.

(NEWSER) - A horrific accident on the Transformers 3 set left extra Gabriella Cedillo, then 24, without "about a third of the top of her head," according to her attorney; now she has settled for $18.5 million. "She will be taken care of. I wouldn't have resolved this case if I didn't think so," her attorney says. Cedillo was one of about 80 extras who were paid $25 to drive their own vehicles on a vacated street in Indiana on Sept. 1, 2010, when a cable pulling one of the stunt vehicles snapped, went through her windshield, and hit her head. (NEWSER) - According to a new lawsuit, Sharon Stone hired a nanny … then wouldn't let her speak to Stone's children, lest they pick up her Filipino accent. This according to Erlinda T. Elemen, who worked as Stone's live-in housekeeper and nanny for five years, and who claims Stone made other racially derogatory comments around her. Elemen claims she was fired after she asked Stone to pay her overtime wages that the actress had originally withheld; Stone allegedly paid her but screamed at her and called her a thief, then fired her for taking the pay. (AP) - Plans to turn Wayne Newton's sprawling Las Vegas estate into a celebrity museum have shifted into an ugly legal battle citing mismanagement, animal abuse, and sexual harassment. The company that purchased the rights to convert Newton's home into "Graceland West" filed a lawsuit this week in Las Vegas against Newton, his wife, and her 76-year-old mother that claims the family unreasonably delayed the project to ensure it never opens. The Newton family claims the lawsuit is a preemptive strike because they had planned to sue the company for breach of contract after multiple construction delays. More»
