Romney's Official Campaign Song Is...

...a Kid Rock anthem. Seriously.

Can you picture Mitt Romney rocking out to Kid Rock? No? Well, try again, because Romney has chosen Kid Rock's "Born Free" as the official theme song of his campaign, Politico reports. Kid Rock probably won't be miffed about the move, since he has supported the GOP and Republicans like George W. Bush; both Romney and Rock are Michigan natives.

Sample lyrics: "I was born free! … Free, like a river raging / Strong, as the wind I’m facing." And: "If you can’t see my heart, you must be blind. / You can knock me down and watch me bleed / But you can’t keep no chains on me. / I was born free!" (More Mitt Romney stories.)
