(Newser) – New York's most expensive rental is now available, and it's a steal at $165,000—some $15,000 more than the runner-up. The 5,087-square-foot Astor Suite at the Plaza boasts three bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a library, not to mention a separate apartment for guests. The suite just underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation that added handmade doors and windows, and maid service is included, the New York Post reports. Curbed has more photos here. If you have a mere $100,000 for monthly rent, try this one.

Available for $165,000 a month.
