(NEWSER) - Lady Gaga has spoken out on the importance of healthy body image, particularly important to her since she once struggled with bulimia … so why did she think it was a good idea to use the hashtag #PopSingersDontEat? According to the Huffington Post , a firestorm erupted after Gaga tweeted Tuesday night, "Just killed back to back spin classes. Eating a salad dreaming of a cheeseburger #PopSingersDontEat #IWasBornThisWay."
