Russell Simmons Leads Charge Against Lowe's on Muslim Show

He criticizes chain for bailing on TLC program

Lowe's is facing some heavy backlash over its decision to yank ads from the TLC reality show All-American Muslim. Hip-hop's Russell Simmons has been the most vocal, even offering to buy up any remaining ad space before Sunday's episode. As it turns out, that might not be necessary because the show appears to have already sold out, reports CNN. "Dear @Lowes, religious hatred is UN-AMERICAN," tweeted Simmons.
