Police launch hate crime investigation

(Newser) – Port Authority police launched a hate crime investigation after construction workers returning from their Christmas break found a noose hanging from the 64th floor of 1 World Trade Center. It's not clear whether there had been any tension among workers at the skyscraper formerly known as Freedom Tower, the New York Daily News notes. The department "places the highest priority on crimes motivated by hate and bias,” police said in a statement. “We believe aggressive enforcement action sends a clear message that this behavior will not be tolerated."

I'd like to know why all the black people think only a white person would do this? Black people will do this shit just to get attention, and something to bitch about! Like the black guy who hung noosed, and set a burning cross on his lawn to try and scare his wife so she would'nt divorce him.When everything seems all quiet, and nothing major is going on with white people then black people have nothing to scream racism about!! I'll bet it was a black person who did this!!!

This is America all people should be treated equal, you should never put a group up on a pedestal.We can thank the boneheads in congress and the media for keeping the wedge well driven. If we had one ounce of common sense, the people we would protect would be the young and old. How many old retired people do you know that can only aford either their food or their medicine. But we let the crooks have at them because their and easy mark.
