(Newser) Experts don't believe Rick Perry's lawsuit to get on the Virginia Republican primary ballot will succeed, but that didn't stop four other candidates from jumping on the bandwagon. Michele Bachmann, Newt Gingrich, Jon Huntsman, and Rick Santorum joined the suit, which claims Virginia's ballot laws are unconstitutional, yesterday. Only Mitt Romney and Ron Paul successfully got themselves on the state's ballot, CNN notes. Virginia's Republican primary is part of Super Tuesday, held on March 6.

Can any of them be taken seriously. Not too presidential if they can't even get on a ballot correctly. This state could give Ron Paul the nomination!

These four clowns have been openly hypocritical since they started running for the nomination. The problem is that this kind of behavior is so common in the Republican party that it isn't seen as a character fault. Now, of course, they are on the hunt for an activist judge to save their dumb asses. Hopefully, the judge will say, "Yep, they're a bunch of dumb asses without the brains to get 10,000 Virginians to sign a petition to get their name on our ballot. That makes them too dumb to run for President. Petition denied."

So you all are for reducing the federal government and giving law making powers back to the states...unless it's inconvenient for YOU.  I guess we should have seen something like that coming, after Peter King tried to pass a law restricting anyone from being able to carry a gun 1000 feet from a politician.
