A lone gunman opened fire at a missionary training center today in Colorado, killing a man and a woman and injuring two others before fleeing, CNN reports. Police are still searching for the gunman, a white male who looked about 20 years old. "These kids were like our kids, you know?" the co-founder of Youth With a Mission said. "It's just such a tragedy."

Of the two wounded, one remains in critical condition—the status of the other is unknown. Area residents were alerted that a killer was loose via reverse 911. Police are using dogs to track the shooter, and hope the fresh-fallen snow around the center will help. The shooter was sporting a beard, dark skull cap, and glasses.
