US Rescues Iranians in Gulf (Again)

Coast Guard gets six off distressed fishing boat

(Newser) – The big bad Americans rescued more Iranians at sea today. This time, a US Coast Guard cutter plucked six fishermen off their boat in the Gulf when the engine failed and the vessel began flooding, reports Fox News. The crew hailed the passing US ship with flares and flashlights. It's pretty routine stuff, notes the BBC, but another PR opportunity for the State Department amid the war of words going on with Iran. The development follows last week's rescue of 13 Iranian fishermen from pirates.

America doing good. We need much more of this. It's way overdue. This is the America the world admired, and which we suspected had gone forever. Now stop "rendering" people illegally, stop torturing people illegally, start trusting your own justice system (and using it, not just boasting about it, then bypassing it) - and FFS, stop starting WARS!!

That is funny!  Fox News is now a source for the MSNBC sponsored newser articles.  WOW.  What is the world coming to these days?  I guess MSBC is taking the approach, "if we can't beat em may as well join them".  LOL
