He's only six years old, but he's already tangoed with police for reckless driving. After Gael Noriega plowed into an SUV, police in Mexico ticketed him for the offense, as well as driving without a license and failure to register his vehicle: a miniature motorbike. The small, gas-powered bike was impounded and police demanded $183 before they'd give it back.

Thinking the situation "ridiculous," Gael's mom reported it to the media, the AP notes. The fines have now been dropped and the bike released; the police are due to be punished, a city councilor says. All's well that ends well—except that the bike no longer works. (More police stories.)
