Oklahoma State Senator Constance Johnson has recently introduced an Amendment to Oklahoma’s Personhood Bill. Her amendment seeks to point out the disparity in the attention that the current bill gives to ova as opposed to sperm. As she points out, the bill contains many regulations regarding to the production and destruction of ova but fails to regulate the production and destruction of sperm. Her amendment makes it a crime to deposit sperm anywhere but in a woman’s vagina. Read the full article.
