Good news, late night comedians: Rick Perry just might run for president again. In an interview, ABC host Jonathan Karl said, "You may run again," to which Perry readily replied, "Absolutely." Later when the topic of debates came up, Perry assured America that "debates have absolutely nothing to do with governing," but that it was "great practice, for, I guess…" Karl jumped in to add, "for 2016?" Perry smiled. "Yeah, could be," he said.

It should be noted that Karl was definitely fishing for that answer, though Perry didn't seem shy about going along. Nor did he seem terribly abashed by his lowest point in the campaign, the infamous "oops" gaffe. "I think anybody in life has had those moments when you know, your brain collapses and you have that little vacuum in there," he said. "And I had it." (More Rick Perry stories.)
