8 Weirdest Celeb Prenups

(Newser) – Rumor has it Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake are engaged—and Biel is not messing around when it comes to the prenup. If JT cheats, she wants to be guaranteed at least half a million dollars, sources told Radar this week. The Frisky notes that clause is pretty tame, especially when you consider these seven other celebrity prenups:

  • Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom: The weirdest part of their prenup is Khloe's request for season courtside Lakers tickets. "Wait, what?" writes Amelia McDonell-Parry. "Who wants to watch her ex-husband play every game after un-tying the knot?"

  • Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo: Back when there were engagement rumors for this now-split pair, sources said Romo wanted to include a clause stipulating that if Simpson's weight rose above 135 pounds, she'd pay him $500,000.
  • Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes: Apparently it's quite lucrative to be married to Cruise: Holmes' prenup supposedly entitles her to $3 million per year of marriage—and after 11 years, that goes out the window and she could potentially score half of his money.

Given the weird names these jerks give their offspring, does one expect anything less weird when it comes to prenups?  They's all a bit weird but me and thee, and I'm not too sure about thee...(old English expression).

Such a sad way to start a marriage.

Is the gay community sure they want to get marriage legalized? This is what becomes of marriage when the government gets involved. If I'm looking to sort money and sign contracts, I'll get a business partner.
