A gruesome Groupon has sparked an uproar in Milwaukee. The daily deal website offered a coupon for a tour of "the hunting grounds" of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. The deal sold out, but a flurry of negative reaction caused Groupon to pull its affiliation with the company organizing the event, reports USA Today.

"We're trying to forget it, but the loved ones aren't going to forget about that," said one local. "As soon as they hear something about that, they're going to react to it." The organizer of the "Dahmer Tours" called the event merely informational and pointed to the existence of a Boston Strangler tour and a Manson family tour in California. The first Dahmer tour takes place tomorrow, and victims' relatives may gather in protest, notes AP. (More Jeffrey Dahmer stories.)
