Rogue Judge Cebull Apologizes to POTUS

(User Submitted) – Chief Montana Federal District Judge Richard Cebull has written a letter apologizing "profusely" to the President and his family for an email which News One Contributing Editor Kirsten West Savali calls "vicious, unprofessional and highly inappropriate." As an African-American woman, Savali is not buying it, saying that Cebull, like the spineless racists who can't own up to their depravity in broad daylight, is trying to atone for "the 'joke' heard 'round the world" so people won't question the "content of his character." 'The vile racist slurs which this president has had to endure are being thrown at us all, she responds. "This is what they feel about our men — even when they’re President of the United States. *** And this is what they feel about the white people — particularly white women — who dare to love them."

Although the judge also sent a "strategic" letter to Chief Judge of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Alex Kozinski, requesting an investigation into his own “misconduct,” Savali thinks "it's too late for that." Save your apology, Judge Cebull," she concludes. We all know bull when we see it." Read the full article.

How is it that  kokuaguy,   is allowed to copy and paste articles using his approved writer status to promote articles to the front page he/she deems worthy?   That seems like an abuse of approved writer status to me and circumvents the moderators.

If I was this Judge, I would say, "take me to Court".  I forwarded a joke that included a first name.  Show me proof that it meant Obama?  It mentions a Black and White family.  'Give proof to the Court that it meant the Obama Family?  Show me where it mentions bestiality?  Inference and  assumed innuendos will NOT hold up it a Court of Law.  You will NOT win this case and can be sued for defamation.  Pity.
