Comedian Louis CK has pulled out of speaking at the upcoming 68th Radio & Television Correspondents Association dinner, saying that "he just didn't want to do it anymore," reports the Hollywood Reporter. The move came after conservatives balked, most notably Fox News host Greta Van Susteren. She wrote on her blog that she would not attend the event because of CK, calling him a "pig" for previous comments he had made about women and Sarah Palin. (She lists some in her post.)

"It's because he said those things about Sarah Palin that the DC media thought it was OK," said conservative writer Kristinn Taylor, according to Politico. "If he had said those things about Michelle Obama, no way in hell he would've been invited." (More Louis CK stories.)
