The Republican majority in the Wisconsin Senate went up in smoke today, though not in the way you'd expect. Pam Galloway, who had been successfully targeted for a recall, resigned earlier citing family health issues. This now means that the Senate now has 16 members of each party. With her resignation, the Wisconsin GOP will now have to fill her spot with another candidate for the election on either May 8th or June 5th. Read the full article.
