She's beautiful and the perfect wife for the future king, but she does need to rehearse and learn the speeches.  Give her time, she will get better.  Remember Diana in the beginning, shy and withdrawn and very uncomfortable with public speaking.

It's distracting that she has to keep looking down at her speech to read it verbatim.
