It will be hard, but as he waits for a decision on his extradition to the US, somehow Megaupload founder Kim Dotcom will have to survive on a monthly allowance … of almost $50,000. That's how much a New Zealand court granted Dotcom, who faces copyright infringement and other charges related to his file-sharing site, while also allowing him the use of his $120,000 Mercedes. The money will come from Dotcom's frozen assets, and the Mercedes is one of 21 vehicles confiscated when Dotcom was arrested in January. The extradition hearing for Dotcom and three others is expected in August, the Wall Street Journal reports. (More Kim Dotcom stories.)
