Court Rules Parts of Labor Law Unconstitutional

(User Submitted) – A Federal court has ruled that parts of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walkers sweeping Public Union law to be Unconstitutional....

U.S. District Judge William M. Conley. found that the requirement that Public employee Unions have to re-certify annually and the State's ban on automatic pay deduction for Union dues to be in violation of the US Constitution.....

The Judge did, however, uphold the State's severe restrictions on collective bargaining......
