(Newser) – The owner of a winning Mega Millions lottery ticket stepped forward in Baltimore County today—and we assume it's not the one who lost her ticket. A Maryland Lottery spokeswoman refused to identify the winner, but said a "storyline" will be shared at a press conference tomorrow morning, the Baltimore Sun reports. Winners in Illinois and Kansas will help divvy up the $656 million prize, each banking over $100 million after taxes.

Maybe we can get the twin losers involved.Shapeless and Jessie James and get a vigil going.Sounds like the real winner cheated somehow.

So the crazy fame-whore baby machine that the NY Post covered non-stop is not the winner?  A sad day for her embattled and probably neglected SEVEN children, who now not only have to live with her, but also have to bear the scorn of everyone around them, including schoolmates.  Assuming they are in school, of course.  If I thought the government could do anything but make thier lives even worse, I would say they should be looked into, but we know how that would end up.....My thoughts are with these kids.  They did not ask to be born....
