(Newser) – Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum got a little crazy (with a napkin and chocolate milk, natch) last night on Saturday Night Live, as the GOP field gathered in a bar to run through the primary season that was in a Cold Open that was actually funny. "Good writing, solid impressions, and it didn’t overstay its welcome," writes Sarah Devlin at Mediaite. "It’s a miracle!" Jason Sudeikis' Romney slipped the waitress an envelope, telling her to give it to her husband as "he'll know best what to do with it." Kristen Wiig's Michele Bachmann put in a wide-eyed appearance, as did Bill Hader's Rick Perry, and Keenan Thompson's Herman Cain.

Saw this, not one mention of Ron Paul, even though EVERY candidate was mentioned. Can they be any more blatant at ignoring Ron Paul? Fuck you Lorne, fuck you NBC, and fuck all of you who cannot see the damage this does to our country and continue to defend theses practices simply because you feel Ron Paul never had a chance. If that were true, he would have had as much coverage as Bachman, Perry, Cain, and Gingrich, who all had a zero chance at the nomination, but all got positive front and center media attention at least once.
