A government official from Kuwait picked a really bad place to take a leak as he stumbled drunkenly through the streets of London late at night. The official was approached by diplomatic protection officers as he peed on the doorstep of former prime minister Tony Blair's home, the Telegraph reports. A scuffle ensued and the man was Tasered before being arrested.

The official was charged with being drunk and disorderly and assaulting a police officer but British prosecutors decided not to pursue the case. His lawyers says the official was outraged by his treatment but decided to return to Kuwait instead of taking the matter any further. "He didn't deserve to be treated like that, he is a man who lives a life of luxury in Kuwait as a respected government official," one of his associates says. "He didn't realize he was outside Mr. Blair's home." (More public urination stories.)
