(Newser) – Three US drone strikes have killed 27 people in Pakistan since Saturday, including 15 today, as tension between the countries continues to rise. Today's strike, in northwest Pakistan, was aimed at a militant stronghold in North Waziristan's tribal region; attacks on Saturday and Sunday struck South Waziristan, Reuters reports. The attacks come amid a feud over NATO supply routes through Pakistan to Afghanistan, which the US wants reopened after Islamabad closed them last year.

Pakistan does have nukes, so I don't think we should try to piss them off too much. Yes, I know we have many, many more, but do we really want to go that route.
