Uh-oh. Is Charlie Sheen off his meds? He went all ugly on a security guard at a Kings game this week when she wouldn't let him back into LA's Staples Center after he took off to have a smoke, reports TMZ. "Effing blow my balls," he snarled at the guard. But don't misinterpret. It was all, apparently, part of a "courtesy lesson" Sheen was trying to impart. "Where have common sense and common courtesy gone in society?" he asks photographers standing by. "That's what I was trying to impress upon her."
