"This case has been settled and the agreement has been signed. Holmes will have primary custody of daughter Suri, notes the LA Times, and both will have input on her religious upbringing.
Earlier today, the former couple had released a joint statement obtained by People: "We are committed to working together as parents to accomplish what is in our daughter Suri's best interests. We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other's commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other's roles as parents." In a similarly "wow-that-was-fast" move, the Huffington Post reports that Holmes has already officially returned to the Catholic Church.
