(Newser) – The spurs dominated the Bulls 94-79 last night, AP reports. Tony Parker nailed 28 points, and Michael Finley had 15 for San Antonio. Joe Smith had 19 points and Ben Gordon grabbed 18 for Chicago in their first loss under interim coach Pete Myers, and the fourth in their last five games. In other NBA action:

Caron Butler had a triumphant return to the Wizards, who edged out the Bobcats 108-104. Butler, coming back from injuries to both ankles, had 25 points, and teammate Antawn Jamison added 26 points and 14 rebounds. The win marked the 200th of head coach Eddie Jordan's NBA career. Despite Gerold Wallace's 32-point effort, Charlotte dropped their second straight game.
