A Houston couple got a shocking call after last Saturday's memorial service for their stillborn child: Their baby was still in the funeral home, its directors said. The wrong child had been buried, KTRK-TV reports. "I'm still in shock," says mom Mercedez Uscanga. "I didn't know what to do. I didn't know what to say." In a statement, the funeral home noted that despite "policies and procedures ... occasionally mistakes happen. In those instances, we maintain full disclosure with the families." The couple is having another funeral home pick up the body; they intend to seek an official investigation.
