(Newser) – One of the first victims to be identified in Colorado is Jessica Ghawi, an aspiring sports journalist, reports People. Especially wrenching is the fact that last month, she wrote of being in Toronto's Eaton Centre mall just moments before a fatal shooting there. "I was shown how fragile life was on Saturday," she wrote at the time on her blog, using her social media name of Jessica Redfield.

"I saw the terror on bystanders' faces," wrote Ghawi. "I saw the victims of a senseless crime. I saw lives change. I was reminded that we don't know when or where our time on Earth will end." Her last tweet last night: "Movie doesn't start for 20 minutes." Her brother, Jordan, blogged about getting the call about the shooting here.

Is it time for the "mother of all"class action lawsuits against the GUN PIMPING industry? with their big money mouths, slick lies and their "guns don't kill people" rhetoric. Wake up America these people are THE REAL ENEMIES and as such have the blood of millions of innocent men, women and children on their souls. The second ammendment was written in a time of muzzle loaders and not much in the way of law and order.Gun lovers GET A LIFE !
