(Newser) – Royal watchers aren't often treated to a glimpse of affection between Wills and Kate—but yesterday was an exception. The pair hugged enthusiastically at the men's team sprint track cycling event, prompting headlines and a giant collage of pictures of the much-touted moment at the Daily Mail. The two have been dedicated Olympic supporters: Kate is an official Team Great Britain ambassador, and the pair has rushed from tennis to soccer to the Olympic Village to visit athletes—prompting swimmer Rebecca Adlington to exclaim over Kate's shoes.

I'd do Kate in a heartbeat. She needs to gain a few pounds though. Her tits would look better.

This is probably irrelevant to everyone but me, but did anyone else notice that they are wearing lanyards around their necks with their Olympic passes?  I remember Lou Holtz, when he was head coach at Arkansas, wore a sideline pass at home games. That really made an impression on my friends who were cops there. Everyone knew who he was and he could have "expected" to be allowed onto the field unchallenged because of his position. But he voluntarily wore a sideline pass. I don't know much of anything about this couple, or British royalty for that matter. But if they wore "name tags" without putting up a fuss, I think it says something about their character. (Either that or, as the cynic in me would say, they have good PR people.)

This was a PR stunt. I was looking and SHE really held him, looking at the camera, and he was not holding her so tightly. There is no happiness in this marriage for him. I actually believe that he was pressed to marry her because of an heir. He is heir to the throne.
