(Newser) – Facebook's sinking stock shares have cost Mark Zuckerberg some bragging rights among his tech peers. As unfathomable as it might seem to ordinary folks, Zuckerberg's worth dropped by $423 million yesterday, reports Bloomberg. His fortune is now figured to be $10.2 billion, about $400 million less than James Gooodnight, co-founder of software maker SAS Institute. The slip means Zuck is now out of the top 10 list of the richest tech titans, with Goodnight taking his place. (No. 1 is Bill Gates, at $62 billion.)

Damn, he may have to get a real job. No more pretending to be a CEO, Zuck.

If I had to guess, I'd say that Facebook stock will stabilize somewhere around $15 to $18 dollars. In the long run though, it will be another Myspace. You can only bombard your users with ads for so long before they get tired of it. And I think Facebook is going to get a lot more invasive as Zucker and company desperately try to find new ways to grow their business.

Shedding a tear for Zuck's downfall into poverty.
