(Newser) – On the heels of yesterday's revelation that Ryan Lochte's parents are facing foreclosure comes this news: Months before Gabby Douglas' gold medal win at the Olympics, her mom filed for bankruptcy. Natalie Hawkins filed for Chapter 13, which TMZ calls "far less severe than Chapter 7." She's been making monthly payments to her creditors, although the gossip site notes that her money problems are probably over forever thanks to her daughter's win and the inevitable endorsement deals that will follow. I was puzzled by all the postings on TMZ along the lines of "how dare you report the ugly details of peoples' personal lives!!" I mean, that's what TMZ *does*. If it wasn't for the inappropriate intrusions into peoples' personal lives, there'd be nothing there, except maybe some pictures of which outfits movie stars are wearing. I guess nasty gossip about celebrities is only considered"appropriate" when it doesn't hit too close to home.

Seriously? Really, are they Fucking serious with their "inevitable endorsement deals" quote???? Just look at Michael Phelps. Smoked a Bowl of "Weedies" and got the boot from "Wheaties" Next you will find that she smokes a bowl, or crack pipe and all those endorsement deals go up in smoke!!!! Fucking media!!! Use you when you are up and Kick you when you are down!!!! Wait for it... Wait for it...
