Rob Pattinson 'Drunk-Dialing' Kristen: Pal

Who knows? It could soon be nearly on-ish again between Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. Pattinson is trying to be hard-hearted about Stewart's affair with Snow White director Rupert Sanders, but he has also been drunk-dialing her recently, so at least they're talking—though barely—a friend tells In Touch magazine. Pattinson had been ignoring all texts and calls from Stewart. But when he turns to booze to drown his sorrows, he sometimes also picks up the phone, says the insider.

"Rob has been drunk-dialing Kristen. He had been avoiding her calls, but now they’re talking. Well, they’re barely talking," the pal adds. "There’s a lot of dead silence on the phone." Complicating the relationship are Pattinson's friends, who are "working hard to make sure that he doesn’t go back to her," says another source. (More drunk-dialing stories.)
