Joe Simpson arrested in LA Saturday

(Newser) – At least this celebrity DUI arrest didn't involve any nudity: Joe Simpson, dad of Jessica and Ashlee, was busted in LA last weekend, TMZ reports today. He was pulled over around 10pm Saturday, and officers ended up taking him to jail when they began to suspect he was drunk. He spent the night there, but was released the next day without needing to post bail. No word yet on whether criminal charges will be filed; this would be Simpson's first offense.

Remember when Jessica was a delicious little spinner? Now she a bloated cow. Even her giant boobs have lost their appeal. That is a shame.

what a terrible person.  he should get 5 years in jail for endangering the others of life.  if he is going drunk car he needs to bring 2 daughters with him for crash.

100 % guarantee to all who read this that you would have been charged given the same circumstances.  Regardless if there were suspicion of OTC's or perscription drugs, street drugs, alcohol...  you name what they thought you were on and you would be sitting in front of a judge this morning facing DUI charges and a hefty bail.
