The Pistons added a second straight win against the Pacers to their list of eight consecutive victories today, with a 98-92 game dominated by Richard Hamilton. Rip's 24 points augmented Chauncey Billups's 17, and Tayshaun Prince nailed all of his free throws to secure the win, reports the Detroit News. In other hoops action:

  • Hedo Turkoglu put in 28 points to help Orlando come back from a third-quarter deficit and defeat Charlotte, 104-95.
  • Dallas busted up Atlanta's longest streak in eight years with a 97-84 win, that started out with a 12-0 run sparked by the sharp shooting of Dirk Nowitzki and Josh Howard.
