She'll be free this week

(Newser) – Starting Friday, Casey Anthony will be able to go wherever she wants without having to check in with anyone, her attorney tells ABC News. That's because her one-year probation sentence for check fraud will be over. "She's looking forward to having her freedom to move forward because, even though she's been out of jail for the last year, she's essentially still been in prison by the requirement that she remains in one location," her lawyer says. He won't say what her plans are, because he's still concerned for her safety.

If Anthony leaves Florida, she'll have to return in January to face Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, who is suing her for defamation after Anthony gave police the woman's name and pretended she was daughter Caylee's babysitter.

Hey she played by the rules in a court of law and won.  Now you want to throw out the law book and string her up?  We are still number one in the world with people locked up in cages so relax.  I think we can maintain our lead even without CA behind bars.

I only wish a condition of her probation completion would have been having her uterus removed.
