In accordance with a TomKat prenup, Katie Holmes won't be getting a dollar of spousal support in her divorce settlement. The only money she'll see is child support—and relatively little of it, TMZ notes. Tom Cruise owes his ex $400,000 a year in child support, far less than a judge could have required, the site points out.

That comes to $4.8 million over the next 12 years, until Suri is 18. Cruise will also have to cover expenses, from medical costs to tuition fees. Had the case gone to trial, Holmes might have seen more child support, but apparently all she wanted was the divorce. Another tidbit from the settlement: Neither parent can send Suri to a boarding school—perhaps because of her parents' religious differences, TMZ suggests. (More Tom Cruise stories.)
