(Newser) – Israeli authorities yesterday arrested three children, all just 12 to 13 years old, who are suspected of fire-bombing a Palestinian taxi on Aug. 16. A Palestinian family was inside, including two children, and the taxi burst into flames and then flipped. Six people were injured, two of them seriously, the BBC reports, noting that just hours after that incident, Israeli children were involved in another attack when a group of youths beat up and critically injured a Palestinian teen.

The three children arrested in the fire-bombing are from an Israeli settlement south of Jerusalem. They could be released today after being questioned.

Peres Commutes Sentences of Seven Israeli Arab Terrorists President Shimon Peres commutes the prison sentences of seven Israeli Arab terrorists who were sentenced to life before Oslo. By Elad Benari First Publish: 8/28/2012, 12:17 AM "President Shimon Peres commuted on Monday the prison sentences of seven Israeli Arab terrorists, who were sentenced to life imprisonment before the signing of the Oslo Accords. The decision was made after Justice Minister Yaakov Neeman received a recommendation of a special committee which discussed the matter and recommended commuting the sentences. This is not a case of granting amnesty, but rather determining the length of a life sentence, in cases where the court ordered life imprisonment but the sentence itself was not commuted."

For the last few years, readers of the Israeli press would know that Arab gangs  in Israel have been preying on and beating up Israeli Jewish kids for quite a while now! Finally, some Israel kids give them a taste of their own medicine, and we get this whole "the Jews are such bullies" crapola! I hope Israeli gangs go and beat up more Arabs so that they finally understand, that in the Jewish state, Jews are not easy prey or patsies anymore as I was when I grew up in the rough neighborhoods of Brooklyn back in the 1950s.

If the kids had been Palestinian and the taxi Israeli those kids would still be in custody and their family's home bulldozed, as per Israeli policy.
