(Newser) – Even Britney Spears loves Korean rapper Psy's outrageously popular "Gangnam Style," and in an episode of Ellen DeGeneres' talk show airing today, Brit gets to learn how to do the video's now-famous "horse dance." Gawker and Reddit spotted the clip, which is mostly hilarious—but also a little sad, thanks to a drugged-looking Britney who totally gets upstaged in the dancing category by both Psy and Ellen. Psy's advice on pulling off the dance? "Dress classy, dance cheesy." Bonus: Fellow guest Simon Cowell, who calls Psy's song "brilliant" but is clearly much too important to get up off the couch and learn the dance himself.

Seems appropriate, since Britty has the brain of a horse and Ellen the face of one!

it's so bizarre to me that it's actually a satirical message about wealth and class in the gangnam area of korea, but people seem to just think it's a silly song. "Koreans have been kind of caught up in this spending to look wealthy, and Gangnam has really been the leading edge of that," Hong said. "I think a lot of what [Psy] is pointing out is how silly that is. The whole video is about him thinking he's a hotshot but then realizing he's just, you know, at a children's playground, or thinking he's playing polo or something and realizes he's on a merry-go-round." from here: http://www.theatlantic.com/international/archive/2012/08/gangnam-style-dissected-the-subversive-message-within-south-koreas-music-video-sensation/261462/ google it, or read the above article.

Okay, now don't tell me that was the first time those two did that dance. They practiced it. Even if it only took 1 minute to learn. Actually it looks more complicated than the twist.
